πŸ’ SWITCHING PATHS? πŸ€”

Some days ago happened to be our new location dedication for our church parish. We were all excited about what God did amongst the big few. Smiles.πŸ’ƒ And while trying to set things in order while anticipating the coming of the provincial pastors and other ministers who were launching the venue, I was sent on an errand to get something.

And since it wasn’t far from the venue, I walked down the street. As I was on my way back to the church, It crossed my mind that I had stuck to a lane all this while (even when setting out) and I just wanted a change (lol.) but it didn’t end well for me. πŸ˜•. As I practically got dirt in my shoe, (my church shoe fa πŸ˜‚) few steps after crossing to the other lane. I wasn’t taught twice, I switched immediately. And thinking through it, I got spurred to write on it.

Smile.. My story might have been a mere coincidence but then it taught me a lesson. To you reading this write up, are you switching lanes, contemplating on or have even switched your lane or changed course?. Its never too late to reconsider your decision and stick with the path to life in God.

Are you thinking in your heart, it won’t hurt to just get involved with them?. Or even it won’t be a bad idea to introduce a bit of their stuff to mine?. Are you considering taking up their standards against your God-given standards?. Many more might even be the case. But please get back to your lanes. Stop trying so hard to fit into a system you were never made to fit into. Stop trying to look for a shortcut, my dear, it might end badly or worse than you imagined.

Why don’t you trust God for that breakthrough rather than relying in some advice that might take you so off track, it might be too late to take a recourse.

God is calling you and I to maintain our paths in Him. The long-awaited breakthrough is only in Him. Not in some path that looks all smooth but is headed to a dead end filled with so many regrets.

You don’t have to get the dirt on you or go through that pain to learn that God’s way is the best decision ever. God is calling you to stay on track, as the reward is bountiful. And it won’t be for long for it to manifest.

Munch on this:

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Galatians 6:9 ESV

Gods Grace is sufficient for you and I. πŸ™ŒπŸ‘«πŸ‘πŸ’ž
