It was of His own will that He gave us birth [as His children] by the word of truth so that we would be a kind of first fruits of His creatures [a prime example of what He created to be set apart to Himself–sanctified, made holy for His divine purposes].

Having read this verse, i couldn’t help but get in sync with writing on it. Did you note the first sentence?; it was of “His own will” that He chose us. That He learnt a shoulder for us to lean on. That He gave us a second chance to be called His own and live in His fullness.

He is a deliberate lover. Intentional He is. We often quote this verse, that “while we were yet sinners Christ died for us” and the verse in John that states “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son…”. It’s a blessing to know that there is one man (the trinity at work in us) who loves us so dearly. He has been deliberate and intentional about His love for us even when we did not acknowledge His works and existence in our lives. It’s amazing how much love He has for us. It’s a deep love I must say.

There is this verse(s) that I also love in Ephesians which states:

So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love, be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love]; and [that you may come] to know [practically, through personal experience] the love of Christ which far surpasses [mere] knowledge [without experience], that you may be filled up [throughout your being] to all the fullness of God [so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself].
EPHESIANS 3:17‭-‬19 AMP

Did you read that, His love is grand. The only type of love that its measurement, not only breaks the rule but also has no end. It is in its length, depth, height and width. 😪

Lastly, I want you to read this verse:

You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name [as My representative] He may give to you.
JOHN 15:16 AMP

He chose You and I. Yes!, He was deliberate about His love for us and still is. He saw a countless others but chose you!. So then, dwell in this knowledge that you are loved, cared for and you have captured His heart. Choose to dwell in Him and manifest your being in Him. He has been intentional in His love for you; be deliberate about your love for Him too.
