💠🕯THE RIGHT COUNSEL 🗣💥

Our case study for this theme is Esther. The favored and beloved Esther. There came a certain time in the great empire and kingdom of Shushan. That a decree was sent out to destroy all the Jews of which our beloved queen Esther belonged to; as it happened to be her tribe.

Mordecai (her uncle) then sent in words to her to inform her of the impending danger and decree that was sent out and guess what Esther responded with:

“All the king’s servants and the people of the king’s provinces know that for any man or woman who comes to the king to the inner court without being summoned, he has but one law, that he is to be put to death unless the king holds out to him the golden scepter so that he may live. And as for me, I have not been summoned to come to the king for these [last] thirty days.”

ESTHER 4:11 (AMP)

All Queen Esther could see was the buts – “….he has but one law….put to death….” and ‘…I have not been summoned….for these (last) thirty days”. Despite the fact that she was aware a positive result could be the case if she decides to face her fears and yield herself to her call – “unless the king holds out to him the golden scepter so that he may live”. I strongly believe God raised up Esther as a pillar – being the Queen, for that trying period the Jews were in at the time.

I reckon with Esther’s experience. Because sometimes, if not most times, there is already a way out for us in a seemingly fix or difficult situation we encounter. But because we are so focused on the possible Ill results (which might not even happen at all), we become blinded to the good resolve the situation can also give rise to for us.

But thank God for Mordecai in this study, as he responded with just the right words, needed to help Esther refocus:

For if you remain silent at this time, liberation and rescue will arise for the Jews from another place, and you and your father’s house will perish [since you did not help when you had the chance]. And who knows whether you have attained royalty for such a time as this [and for this very purpose]?”

ESTHER 4:14 (AMP)

“……who knows whether you have attained royalty for such a time as this”. These words were just the exact words needed, for Queen Esther to unplug herself from the negative vibe she had and spur her to resonate with faith in God instead. 🔥

And guess what, she yielded herself to be used as a vessel for that trying and challenging time, and God came through (as always – yeah!). 💃

Once she began to see through the eyes of faith and no longer saw it from her own view of “my might or power” she was able to follow suit and the desired change and resolve was birthed.

Do read these verses:

When the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, she found favor in his sight; and the king extended to her the golden scepter which was in his hand. So Esther approached and touched the top of the scepter. Then the king said to her, “What is troubling you, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you, up to half of the kingdom.”

ESTHER 5:2‭-‬3 (AMP)

The aforestated verses are the testimony that came forth from her, yielding herself to her purpose. She stood with God and God gave her immense favor. Imagine, the king was even ready to give her anything, even to half of his kingdom!.

But then, thank God for the right counsel from Mordecai that spurred her to seeing herself in the right way. And this enabled her to walk in the purpose of her being a Queen at that time.

We all need graceful counsels to remind us of who we are, even when we are being blinded to it. Some terrifying situations could come your way and you just lose all sense of morale, you may have garnered over time. But with the right counsel and graceful reminder, we are revived and we begin to see ourselves in the light of His divine plan and purpose for our individual lives. God bless you!.

Do have a splendid new month in Him. ❤

Happy new month!!!! 💃🤗

I think we are now living in days where God needs us a Christians to rise up like Esther, “for such a time as this”. These are perilous times, and things are getting worse. He is calling us to stand for His truth! We do need to also encourage one another with godly counsel. Great post little sister! 🙏🏿✝️

This is so good, sis! I love how you have broken down this story of Esther so beautifully.

I also adore your message at the end. Fear robs us of so much. When God sends the right person at the right time into our lives speaking wisdom through His Holy Spirit – it changes our lives forever. We never know the impact we might have if we allow God to speak through us. That’s a powerful reminder as well. We may feel insignificant, BUT GOD, can move mountains through our obedience to Him.

Thank you for sharing this encouragement. God bless you sis! ♥

    1. Awww. Thank you so much ma’am. ❤

Yes, it changes our focus to seeing things less of how it should be and God has made it be for us.

Absolutely. God is just very intentional about us. 💯

This is apt!. “…the impact we might have….” I agree with this!

Love this – “move mountains because of our obedience”. 💯
Ours is to yield ourselves as His vessel!

Wow. Thank you so much for these additions ma’am. ❤

Glad to and pretty much all to Him for how He chooses to bless us all via His words – timely!. 🙌

      Amen. And you too. ❤🤗
