🌻 WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT💭

Questions
Questions

What makes us stand out?. 🤔
What spurs others to listen to us with rapt attention?.
What will spur another to ask you for advice, knowing they will get graceful feedbacks that just settles the situation they are facing?.

There are so many questions to ask yeah. But I will pause on that for now. 😊

So what is that vital ingredient in our lives as God’s seeds or Children?.

The answer is WISDOM. Not just any type of wisdom, but His wisdom in us. The wisdom that makes even scholars to be quiet and just listen without any antagonizing response or interjection. This kind of wisdom makes a mark and causes others to just listen with their rapt attention. ✨

Our case study is STEPHEN

But they were not able to successfully withstand and cope with the wisdom and the intelligence [and the power and inspiration] of the Spirit by whom he was speaking. Then [to attack him another way] they secretly instructed men to say, “We have heard this man [Stephen] speak blasphemous (slanderous, sacrilegious, abusive) words against Moses and against God.”

Acts 6:10‭-‬11 (AMP)

Stephen was a man filled with God’s wisdom. And no man could gainsay him. He spoke with so much grace, they couldn’t hold his word against him. Hence they sought to accuse Him instead.

They could not fault him at all. This wisdom isn’t our type of wisdom as men, it is different.

It was this same wisdom that Jesus possessed, that made the Pharisees and scribes who were after the woman that committed adultery to hush and leave quietly, one after the other. Oh my!. That is wisdom.

The reference Bible text:

However, when they persisted in questioning Him, He straightened up and said, “He who is without [any] sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.” Then He stooped down again and started writing on the ground. They listened [to His reply], and they began to go out one by one, starting with the oldest ones, until He was left alone, with the woman [standing there before Him] in the center of the court. Straightening up, Jesus said to her, “Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?” She answered, “No one, Lord!” And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you either. Go. From now on sin no more.” ]

John 8:7‭-‬11 (AMP)

Did you read that? 💃

Jesus didn’t even say much when they came to meet Him. But He spoke with precision and that settled everything. And the situation took a different turn, leading to a convicted woman and the Pharisees and scribes who left, to have a rethink of their own salvation. Possibly thinking “I am not right with God either”. And they all left one after the other.

We all need this wisdom right?. Yes, we do!. How then can we possess it? The Bible tells us how.

Do read the image text below – James 1:5 (AMP)

In need of wisdom? Ask God

In need of wisdom? – Ask!

So the answer to that question is for us to “Ask”. We are to ask God for His own type of wisdom; not the limited knowledge we have as men. And we can only have access to this wisdom if we are carriers of Christ because He is the wisdom of God.

Christ Jesus as our wisdom

Christ is our wisdom

Having known that Christ is the source of this wisdom. Would you be willing to accept Him as your Lord and personal savior?.

Would you quit searching for the wisdom of this world that keeps getting revised and time eventually clears it all out? 😓

Would you surrender your all to Him today?

Please choose this newness in Him. There is little the world can offer you and I. For the world it all ends here. But in Christ, we have a life after now – Eternal life in Christ Jesus.

Therefore we do not become discouraged [spiritless, disappointed, or afraid]. Though our outer self is [progressively] wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day by day. For our momentary, light distress [this passing trouble] is producing for us an eternal weight of glory [a fullness] beyond all measure [surpassing all comparisons, a transcendent splendor and an endless blessedness]! So we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen; for the things which are visible are temporal [just brief and fleeting], but the things which are invisible are everlasting and imperishable.
2 Corinthians 4:16‭-‬18 (AMP)

He is calling forth to you again today. Would you listen and stop shutting Him out. He wants to speak through you and change the course of life you have been treading on all this while. He desires newness for you. ❤

Made anew in Christ
We are made new in Christ Jesus

Seek to live differently today and let your life express His being – His wisdom inside-out!.

Good morning my sister, I awoke to a thunderstorm, so the grass is being watered, the weather is cooler, I wished my beloved a happy father’s day on the phone (still in NY). We were rarely apart, so we promised to pick up that mantle again… I miss him, a lot. He usually cooks and takes care of me.
But the weather is cooler today, all is well and God is good.
How is life with you today?
