How many times have we been found asking ourselves if we are truly loved, noticed, or seen?. 🤔
Am I that worth it? you even ask yourself. As much as circumstances may have shaped our thoughts on some things about Love and what it really is. And sadly on some days, we even get to compare the type of love we have experienced from others with His love for us. 😓
So are you right now questioning His love for you or even asking yourself if indeed He loves you just as you have read and heard?.
Then this verse is for you –
“For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16 AMP
And if this verse seems so familiar, because we have heard it a lot of time. Then let’s read the verses stated below and we will then come back to this verse.
The referenced verses:
But [in fact] He has borne our griefs, And He has carried our sorrows and pains; Yet we [ignorantly] assumed that He was stricken, Struck down by God and degraded and humiliated [by Him]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed. All of us like sheep have gone astray, We have turned, each one, to his own way; But the Lord has caused the wickedness of us all [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing] To fall on Him [instead of us]. Therefore, I will divide and give Him a portion with the great [kings and rulers], And He shall divide the spoils with the mighty, Because He [willingly] poured out His life to death, And was counted among the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore and took away the sin of many, And interceded [with the Father] for the transgressors.
Isaiah 53:4-6, 12 AMP
Just in case you are still in doubt of His outpouring love upon us, read these aforementioned verses over and over again. He couldn’t have endured all these – the pain, the beating up till His flesh tore into pieces, the deep wounds He sustained, the pain He felt and endured from the inflictions He went through even as He carried the cross. The pain was too much that He could no longer carry the heavy wooden cross placed upon Him and a man named Simeon was called upon to assist Him to Golgotha. All of these He suffered for us – you and I. 😪
He didn’t do all this because it was easy on Him. No!. He did it all because He loved us and He still does!.
So let me ask you again. Are you in doubt of His love for you?.
Let me share a valid word of His that always gives me hope. The word is that “He is with me always”. And that His love and presence abide with me. 💃
This will lead us to the last verse:
….. and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:20b AMP
So while we accept that His love is real. Let this truth, in the above verse give you hope – that He is with us. His love abides with us and it is everlasting. I say to myself – no season changes Him and definitely my situation doesn’t either. He is our God both in our highs and lows. 🙌
Are you reading this and you have somehow silenced this truth that He loves you. And you have told yourself that “His love isn’t for me” or “I am undeserving of it”. Let me tell you today that you deserve His love. ❤ And all He wants from you is for you to accept His outpouring love unto you.
Will you?.
Remember, Jesus loves you deeply and He SEES you!. He notices you and you are seen by Him!. ❤

Now that we are sure of his unending love, the question we should always ask ourselves is: Do we love Him as well? As believers of His love, let us all be reminded that we owe Him true love, by avoiding sins and singing His praise to the world.

Precious sister, I love you! And I love this beautiful reminder of God’s love for each and every one of us, no matter where we’re at in life. HIS love still remains.
My favorite part of your post was how you mentioned our comparison of other people’s conditional love to the all-consuming unconditional love of God. You are so very right! Our relationship with God is only as close as we believe HIs ability to love us is. If we feel unlovable, it’s very hard to receive from Father God what we need. If our earthly fathers did not nurture us emotionally or physically – how could Father God be any different? It can be difficult for many to overcome this. I know it has been for me, and it’s a lesson I’m still learning!

Great post, it spoke to me a lot. I know that sometimes our circumstances can make us think that God does not really care but this is a lie. God is faithful , his love never fails.
