How many of us have fallen into the category of those who because of a particular circumstance or experience they have previously faced just sort of, shut out the possibility of letting things out?.
By letting things out I mean, being expressive of whatever is going on, on your inside.
Some of us are screaming “help” on our inside without having the exact words to express it and trust me that is so not an easy spin to handle all alone.
Personally, I have had such moments I am literally screaming help “these thoughts are about to choke me right now”. And when I get to the point where I’m to say it out – I freeze. It’s like all of a sudden, I don’t have the exact words to say what is going on internally. 😪
So I shared mine because the truth is we have our struggles and it’s okay. It’s okay in the sense that you are not alone. And it’s very okay to need help. ☑
But letting such things hold you back from so much and what lies ahead for you, is what is not okay. ❎
So as we go forth today, let’s note that even when we may not have all the words to speak out our struggles. Let’s say it in any way we can. It may just be sending a text to someone you share your mind with. Or even saying out “Pray for me, I am struggling” or “I need help” to the person or people, as the case may be.
Over time, you will get to articulate it all. It’s all a process. And you will get through it.
So this is for us to know that it’s okay to need help and it’s okay, to be honest about it. It’s okay to want to let it out and it’s okay because you are not alone. Most importantly, What I know is that you will get through this. We all will and trust me “this will all be history someday” and it will be a part of our testimony. 💃💯
