Smiles. I was about going to bed on a particular night when I started thinking about something and some decisions I had made. Going back and forth on the thoughts, I ended up sarcastically saying “I want/prefer God’s APG on this”. Lol.
APG means an Advance payment guarantee. While I was working in a financial institution, this was common amongst individuals or corporate bodies who were awarded a contract, so that the Bank can serve as the middle man between the awarding company and the awarded body or firm or individual as the case may be.
In this regard, the bank bears the risk and also gives the needed guarantee to the company or corporate body awarding the contract that the funds will be used appropriately. And that just serves as a comfort to the company that they have a 3rd party, that will be held liable if the funds decide to grow wings. 😂
So yeah after I reminisced on it, I was like I am glad God is taking my APG in this case. My thought mode can be funny at times. 😁
So, who is taking your own risks?.
Has it been all you? Do you have a burden bearer in your life’s journey? Truthfully, I don’t know how folks who haven’t received Jesus in their lives, are doing it. Life outside God can be full of many hassles that your heart sometimes is so overwhelmed you feel can I get past this?. But guess what – you and I are able to, because there is a being behind the scenes bearing our burdens and tying up any loose ends our physical eyes may not have seen or ever even see.
So I ask again – “who is bearing your risks?”
How many times have you sought God before taking that next step in your life? Even up till this moment that you are reading this. Have you necessarily been going for what seems fit and all good – outwardly or physically pleasing alone?.
I can’t even start mentioning the things I thought would be a fit in my life at the moment and even at different stages of my life that when I look at them now, I am like “God, indeed you saw in advance”.I say again. Who is bearing your risk?.Life is full of many question marks. Especially the famous “tomorrow” and it’s best to go with God than to go without Him.
Life is full of risks but the only guarantee that has no lapse or end time is God and that is because He is not bounded by time!. In all of our existence, He alone is the “Alpha and Omega” and also the “Beginning and the end”. Truthfully, science and technology have tried to but they just can’t beat Him to it.
Because with science and all, we have predictions. Predictions are so liable to fail. I can’t count the number of times I have seen the weather prediction that it will be rainy or sunny and it ended up being otherwise. But with God, Nah!. There is no such failure. If there is a quotient that is more than 100%, I will most definitely give it to Him.
He is our license; He is our guarantee. With Him, there is no shortfall. With Him, His go means go – “I have sorted you out in advance”. And this certainty is what we see in these Bible characters. For example, Moses when God sent him to Egypt and he had to say what God said to him, before Pharaoh; Moses and the children of Israel before the red sea; Joshua and the children of Israel before the Jordan river; King Jehoshaphat before the three (3) kings who ended up destroying each other and so many others.
Allow God to be the sole custodian of your life and let Him be your guarantee, bearing your risks. Because in life there are risks to bear, even as a child of God, but we are definitely assured of victory if we allow Him take the lead!. 💃

Only god bear our risks, god gives advance payment guarantee, we have seen science predictions those usually fail,when they say
” today will be clear day but heavy rain or clouds can be, but god never fail, he is in every substance or molecule of universe.

Feeling better, still getting up every morning to walk to build my strength back up. The residual headaches are so terrible, but I am believing God for no lasting effects from this evil.

Thanks for the encouragement little sister. Following God’s will sometimes will involve risks. I’m thankful He always provides what we need when we step out on faith and take those risk. He never leads us astray. It’s a blessing when we can look back and see why He told us to do certain things. 🤗
