As the days draw near to the end of the year. And as we all plan and prepare for the new year, let’s remember to add a list of people or communities you and I would be praying for in the new year.

There is a person in the Bible we can take cues from as we do this: 👇

Greetings from Epaphras, another member of your group and a servant of Christ Jesus. He always prays fervently for you, asking God to make you stand firm, as mature and fully convinced Christians, in complete obedience to God’s will.”

I have had moments in my life I couldn’t even pray for myself. I knew I needed to but I couldn’t find the strength to do this. And I am grateful for the people who pray over me – those I know of and possibly those I don’t know.

Because I have reaped and still reaping the harvest of the prayer seeds they have sowed. 🙌🏼

And it’s been a challenge to me, one which I’m daily working on. To keep praying for people. Even if it’s a short prayer or a long one. But to continually sow the seeds of prayers to people, communities and nations.
