I was on my way back home from dropping off Jason (my son) at his school. And during my walk, I was praying for different things and I was giving him thanks as well.
While I was doing this, I recalled a response I gave on a group I lead some days prior. And I became more thankful for how God used the supposed messes in my life to build me up. Words spoken by people that obviously didn’t know what God had in mind for me. It is rather interesting how as humans, we really do not see the full picture of a person, the way God does. 🙌🏼

Hence, I was thankful for how God reworked it all to make me who I am today. Many of the things I was told I couldn’t do, are things I do now. Of which I am good at them and some even better at it.
I could see how God used these words, to challenge my status quo. I could have accepted those words and allowed it to confine me. But the Lord being who He is, showed me ways I could do better at those things. And at every step the Lord told me to take, I saw Him enabling my eyes to see that if He is the one leading me to do it, then “I can do all things through Christ Jesus that strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13)

While I was thanking God for this. An illustration was formed in my mind —— How the potter takes bits of clay and smears it onto his working wheel until it forms a master piece that is showcased.
Just like in these images below:👇

Here comes the message:
The Lord uses the different bits and pieces of mud, which represents the hurts or pains we experience and hurtful words said to us, and turns it all to a masterpiece. Such that we no longer look like what we may have been called or told or experienced.
The mud is messy when you look at it and when you touch it. 🙂
But God, the graceful potter isn’t afraid to touch our messes, and form out of it a greater good and purpose.
This verse (that I love) sums it all up: 👇
“So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.”
Romans 8:28 TPT | YouVersion Bible App
“Every detail of your life” dear friend. He works it all (every detail) for good. Hallelujah! 🙌🏼✨
You are Loved!
